UIUX Designer

Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer at ProSnap, you will design intuitive and scalable user experiences for AI-powered document processing products. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to transform complex workflows into simple, efficient, and impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based applications
2. Translate complex document workflows into simple and intuitive interfaces
3. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
4. Conduct research and usability testing to improve user experience
5. Maintain and evolve design systems and UI consistency
6. Continuously iterate based on feedback and data

Requirement

1. 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design
2. Strong portfolio showcasing web or SaaS products
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
4. Good understanding of user-centered design principles
5. Ability to simplify complex problems into clear solutions
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills
7. Experience in B2B or SaaS products is a plus

Working Arrangement

1. Hybrid working (on-site & remote flexibility)
2. Office location: Jakarta, Indonesia
3. Full-time contract-based position
4. Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
