Creating Your Account

The first step is setting up your ProSnap account. Simply sign up using your work email and verify it through the link we send to your inbox. Once your account is activated, you’ll be taken directly to your dashboard — the central hub where you can upload documents, track extraction results, and manage your operations.

For team use, we recommend registering with your company domain to make future onboarding smoother.

Uploading Your First Document

Once you're in, you can immediately test how ProSnap processes documents. Uploading is straightforward: drag and drop your file into the upload area or browse your device to select it. ProSnap supports PDFs, JPG/PNG images, scanned files, and multi-page documents.

As soon as your file is uploaded, the system automatically begins processing. No additional configuration is needed — the AI handles everything.

Understanding Your Extraction Results

After processing, ProSnap displays the extracted data in a clean, structured layout. You’ll see the detected document type, important fields, line items (if applicable), and confidence scores. You can also download the data in formats like JSON or CSV for further use.

If you notice a field that needs correction, simply edit it from the interface. Every correction helps improve the model’s accuracy through human-in-the-loop learning.

As your document volume grows, ProSnap helps keep everything tidy. You can group files into folders, process them in batches, and use search or filters to find what you need quickly.
